Activates and strengthens your ability to channel healing energy on progressively deeper levels.

What Happens During an Attunement
For the Student
Your Position:
- ? Remain seated comfortably
- ? Feet flat on the ground
- ? Hands in gasho position (palms together, fingers pointing upward)
- ? Eyes closed throughout
- ?️ Relaxed, natural breathing
Why Eyes Closed?
- Helps deepen meditation state
- Respects the sacred Reiki symbols (tradition)
For the Teacher
What the Teacher Does:
- ? Uses sacred Reiki symbols
- ? Employs visualization techniques
- ?️ Uses specific breathing methods
- ✋ Makes gentle contact on head, shoulders, palms, fingertips (sometimes feet)
- ? Blows gently on your crown and hands
Environment:
