I

First Degree

Foundation Level

Prerequisite: None
Min. age: 13
(Special classes for ages 6-12)

Usui Reiki I: Physical Healing Foundation

In the first degree, the physical aspects of Reiki are introduced. New practitioners learn the basics of channeling healing energy through direct contact, also known as “hands on” healing.

This level lays the foundation for all subsequent Reiki practices. You can treat yourself and others from day one.

Usui Reiki II: Metaphysical Mastery

Building on the first degree, Reiki II delves into the metaphysical aspects. Practitioners are attuned to a higher vibration, unlocking the ability to send Reiki energy across time and space.

Usui Reiki Master (III): Advanced Healing Arts

The Master level is a profound transition into advanced Reiki practices. Skills from the first and second degrees are amplified, with additional knowledge that includes:

Reiki Master Teacher (IV): Teaching Mastery

The Master Teacher level distinguishes teaching skills from master skills. In this degree, practitioners receive the ability to teach and initiate others into Reiki.

Master Teachers can complement structured teachings with personal insights and experiences. Teaching is not required but can be a lifelong profession.
